Bike Week is the largest cycling festival in Queensland! This annual celebration of cycling has been held every year since the early 1990’s, and is organised by Bicycle Queensland who aim to get more people cycling more often.
Bike Week exists to encourage people of all ages, sizes and cycling abilities to get into the saddle by offering a packed schedule of events during the week. These include introductory activities to entice people back on to bikes who may not have ridden for years; a chance for recreational riders to try something new or improve their skills on two wheels; an opportunity for serious riders to challenge themselves; and even includes events that don’t involve getting on a bike. So what ever your level of fitness or experience, there is an event during Bike Week that is just for you!
Bike Week 2017 includes the Great Brisbane Bike Ride and Coot-tha Challenge.Visit website
