Brisbane to Gold Coast Cycle Challenge
The 100km Brisbane to Gold Coast Cycle Challenge is set for 14 October 2018.
Be part of Queensland’s biggest and best cycling event! Now in its 14th year, The Brisbane to Gold Coast Cycle Challenge sees thousands of riders begin their 100km ride from Brisbane’s South Bank with an uninterrupted traffic-free start along the South East Busway!
This year we’ve teamed up with five charity partners in 2018 – beyondblue, Breast Cancer Network Australia, Heart Foundation, Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia and Mater’s Smiling for Smiddy.
After the busway, the ride route is a combination of service and suburban roads all the way to the Broadwater Parklands at Southport on the Gold Coast, fully supported by marshals and traffic controllers as well as two official rest stops where riders can refuel and recharge.
There is also a 60km option from Logan to the Gold Coast for those riders who aren’t quite ready for 100km, but still want to be part of the action! And ladies, if you’d prefer not to pick a speed category, join our awesome women’s only category!Visit website
