The Bicycle Queensland team works with our members, often organised into bicycle user groups, in all the major centres across Queensland. Since the start of 2024 we have been meeting BQ members and the whole cycling community in a series of forums. In April and May 2025 we be embarking on the third round of regional forums.

These pages are to report on what we have heard, place by place. We have also listed what we know about how each local government authority caters for bike riders. Is there a strategic plan for increasing cycling and walking and is that plan up to date and being actioned? Is there regular consultation with the cycling community, and if so, what form does that take?
