Nambour has riding too!

Another Sunshine Coast favourite is Parklands! Home to some of Queensland’s greatest “Old school” mountain bike trails and you might even catch a glimpse of the resident Emu – Fluffy!

While most trails are geared towards the intermediate & advanced riders (lots of tight turns, tree roots and jumps) work was done in 2017 to provide a 3km green loop great for families called “Lush”.

We recommend downloading Trailforks (free mobile app) or going out with a group as it’s very easy to get lost among the 30km of single track if venturing out to the “meadows”. If wanting to stick close to the trail head, the 2 new trails “Tazer” and “Blue Tongue” are a heap of fun & and require just a short hill climb.
